Win Your School a Chiefs Rugby Training: Competition Terms and Conditions

For: ‘Win your School a Chiefs Rugby Training (For Years 3-6 at Waikato and Taupo Schools)’
Promoters: Ingham Hyundai and Wings and Wheels Hyundai

Competition Entry
To qualify for an entry to go in the draw to win a rugby training day with the Chiefs Rugby Club for your school you are required to create a short video clip with students demonstrating how much their school loves rugby. The video clip must be uploaded to between Monday 30th May and Thursday 30th June 2016. Any other entry received outside of this timeframe may be exempt from entry.

One video uploaded qualifies one entry per school. Schools may enter more than once if different classes or groups of children wish to enter separately.

Competition is open to Waikato and Taupo primary schools only, and for students who are between 8 and 10 years old (or years 3 to 6 in school).

By submitting an entry, you accept these terms and conditions.

By submitting a video on the entry form you give permission for Ingham Hyundai, Wings and Hyundai and the Chiefs Rugby Club to use your submitted video clip for promotional purposes before and after the prize/event.

Ingham Hyundai will choose the winning school on Friday July 1st 2016 via a judging panel; and the judge’s decision will be final.

Ingham Hyundai will notify the winner by email and/or phone.  All reasonable attempts will be made to notify the winner, but if the winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours of being drawn then Ingham Hyundai reserves the right to choose another winner.

Prizes are non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

By entering the competition you consent to your school being photographed and to your school name and photograph being used for publicity purposes. The winner also agrees to participate in any publicity activities that the Promoter/s may reasonably require. The winner is not entitled to any payment or other compensation in connection with these activities.

The decision of the Promoter/s in all matters shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

Organising the Day
Liaison on running the rugby-day will be with Ingham Hyundai.  The rugby-day cannot be redeemed on an alternative date or time. Ingham Hyundai will aide in organising all logistics of the rugby day; however, the winning school will be required to assist in allocating 30 students to join in on the day including gaining parents’ permission.  The winning school will also be required to provide 2 adults to assist in running the day and managing the students alongside Chiefs Rugby Club staff and Ingham Hyundai staff.

In the event that the Chiefs Rugby Club can no longer attend the day due to unforeseen circumstances, Ingham Hyundai reserves the right to change the rugby players coaching the day or post-pone the event to an alternative date.

The Winner takes the prize entirely at his/her own risk and indemnifies Ingham Hyundai, Wings and Wheels and Chiefs Rugby Club in respect of any claim for any accident, injury, property damage or loss of life that may occur in connection with the prize. The Winner is responsible for all insurance, tax or other costs that may be associated with the prize.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ingham Hyundai, Wings and Wheels and Chiefs Rugby Club will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury as a result of Promotion entry, winning the Promotion prize or participating in the Promotion prize.

The Prize
The prize is one rugby training session (approximately 2.00pm to 5.00pm) with 3 Chiefs Rugby players on Friday July 8th 2016. The training session will take place at the winning school's premises.
